- All orders are sent via Australia Post Express.
- Flat rate shipping of $14 AUD on all orders.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- All parcels are shipped in discreet packaging to help protect your privacy.
Please note that delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress and receive the latest delivery updates directly from Australia Post.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed or there is a delivery issue, we recommend contacting Australia Post first using your tracking number, as they can often provide the quickest update on your shipment.
If your order is confirmed as lost, arrives damaged, or there is another issue with your delivery, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We are committed to resolving genuine delivery issues and will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
To help us investigate promptly, please report any damaged, incorrect, or missing items within 3 days of receiving your order.
Delivery Information
Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, deliveries are completed according to Australia Post’s standard delivery procedures. Where available, parcels may be left in a safe location if Australia Post considers it appropriate.
Precision Peptides is unable to guarantee specific delivery methods or delivery times once a parcel has been lodged with the carrier.
